Russon, Consulting Geologist Mr. Russon holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology, and has over 20 years experience as an exploration geologist, including the over-thrust province of Canada. He has participated in the drilling of over 700 wells. Co-founder of Archer Resources (TSX: ARC) (sold to Dominion Resources). J. David Gowdy, President/CEO Mr. Gowdy founded the Company and has 25 years of oil & gas business and legal experience. He managed the initial research on the Utah Overthrust Project beginning in 1996. He has both B.A. and Juris Doctorate degrees, and has practiced law and managed businesses in Texas, California and Utah. James M. Nilsson, Secretary/Treasurer Mr. Nilsson has served as a corporate secretary and officer for both public and private companies, and is experienced in both investor relations and corporate/financial administration. Floyd Moulton, Consulting Petroleum Geologist Mr. Moulton is a consulting geologist to Freedom Oil & Gas and Chief Exploration. He spent 26 years with Phillips Petroleum Co., including 8 years as Area Manager for the Overthrust of western North America. He worked 4 years with the Anschutz Corp. in the drilling of the Anschutz Ranch and Anschutz East fields in Utah and Wyoming. He has 54 years exploration experience and has worked over 40 years to unravel the geologic complexities of the Central Utah thrust belt, including the last 21 years as a consultant. He is the author of 14 definitive papers on the geology of the Central Utah area. He has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from Brigham Young University. Gregory W. Wood, Consulting Geophysicist Mr. Wood a professional geophysicist with over 25 years of worldwide geophysical analysis in oil and gas exploration. In addition to Utah, his experience included onshore work in East Africa and Syria, offshore work in Indonesia and various other international projects, as well several offshore Alaska basins and the Williston Basin. Mr. Wood holds a BS in Geophysics and a BS in Geology, both from the University of Utah. He is a professional licensed geologist in the state of Utah.
